Shipping & Delivery Policy – Shashi’s Kitchen

At Shashi’s Kitchen, we prepare fresh homemade food daily and dispatch orders once per day.

Delivery Schedule

* Orders are shipped/delivered daily at 12:00 PM
* Orders placed before the daily cut-off time will be included in the same day’s dispatch
* Orders placed after the cut-off time may be delivered on the next available day

Delivery Area

We currently deliver only to Mazumdar Shaw Medical centre, ASPA building, Cardiac building.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

* Traffic conditions
* Weather
* High order volume
* Unforeseen circumstances

Customers will be informed in case of major delays.
