Refund & Order Adjustment Policy – Shashi’s Kitchen

At Shashi’s Kitchen, all food items are freshly prepared based on your order.

Because of the perishable nature of our products:

* No refunds will be provided once an order is placed.
* In case of any issue with your order, the amount will not be refunded to the original payment method.
* Eligible concerns may be handled through order adjustment, which means the order amount may be adjusted against a future purchase, at our discretion.

Order adjustment requests will be considered only for genuine issues such as:

* Wrong item delivered
* Missing item
* Quality issue reported immediately upon delivery

To request an order adjustment, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.

Final decision regarding order adjustment will rest with Shashi’s Kitchen.
